An Olympians Guide to a Positive Mindset

Helping your staff and your students to adopt a resilient mindset and perform at their best, no matter their challenges.

What We Do

Since the 2018 Commonwealth Games, Eloise Wellings & Rory Darkins have partnered to empower people to go after their dreams and be all they can be. Together they have developed a presentation called 'An Olympian's Guide to Positive Psychology'.

Eloise shares her story of overcoming 11 potentially career ending injuries to reach her dream of competing in the Olympics not once, but twice. Rory then unpacks the key mental skills that have enabled Eloise, and the world’s top performing athletes, to thrive in both their careers and their lives.

For Corporates

How do you help your staff perform at their very best in all areas of their lives?

We’ve built a program designed to teach staff & team leaders to:

  • Ignite passion and purpose without burning out

  • Turn panic and stress into a personal best

  • Embrace setbacks as opportunities for growth

  • Find freedom from limiting beliefs & inner critic

  • Choose courage over comfort to do what’s right

  • Switch on & enter flow state when it matters most

For Educators

How are you empowering your students mentally to face the challenges of tomorrow?

Resilience Y9/10

The first year of high school, as students establish their identity, are a period where resilience and character are essential. Eloise & Rory encourage students to identify the positive character qualities they want to develop as they pursue their dreams. Eloise’s stories of resilience give powerful takeaways on growth mindset, grit, and character to help students thrive.

Vision Y11/12

The final years of high school can be both a challenging and exciting time. A clear and powerful vision is the basis of resilience and a positive final experience and transition from high school. Eloise and Rory inspire students to think bigger and gain clarity on a personal vision of who they want to become, and the positive, purpose-driven future they will be passionate about pursuing.About Us
